Job Description
Job Functions / Responsibilities. Focus areas:

1. Construction Documents - Develop detailed construction documents for national retail grocery store projects.

2. Change - Implement changes / updates to store prototypes.

3. Development initiatives - Research and present best options for materials, products and specifications.

4. Client Resource – Serve as a consultant / resource on grocery design and code compliance.

5. Innovation - Develop cost saving and sustainability initiatives for client projects.

Requirements
Candidate Qualifications:

1. EDUCATION - Professional degree in Architecture, license preferred.

2. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience.

• Prefer experience working directly with a major grocery store chain.

• Related experience developing store prototypes for a national building program.

• Prefer experience in a team environment where the focus is on developing the best product for the client.

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS – Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
