Concordia is a community based planning and architectural design firm. We implement our work through an integrative and participatory process that addresses physical, cultural, social, educational, organizational and economic assets and needs. Focus is in education, mixed use, low-moderate income residential, corporate and urban/community planning projects in the local, national and international markets.
We are seeking a licensed or licensed eligible architect with 5 to 8 years of experience.
Applicant should: Be innate problem solver. Have ability to work across all phases of project (programming through construction administration). Have ability to oversee and manage intern staff. Have ability to coordinate consultants. Possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Willing to travel nationally and internationally. Critical thinker. Self motivated.

Requirements
Licensed or licensed eligible architect with 5 to 8 years of experience. AutoCAD experience a must; proficiency in Revit is highly desired, but is not a pre-requisite. LEED certified, a plus.
