Job Description
Position Description PBK is in search of a licensed architects to serve as Project Manager in our Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, and Baton Rouge offices. The candidates will be responsible for all aspects of multi-million dollar educational projects. This demanding and fast paced position will require personable candidates with extensive experience in the K-12 and Higher Education market. The candidate will meet with school boards, administrators and faculty to discuss project designs, budgets, monitor project costs and schedules. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal skills with an aggressive, client oriented personality. It is essential that the candidate be very articulate with exceptional presentation skills.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements • A minimum of 10 years experience in K-12 and Higher-Ed campus planning and design. • Must be a licensed Architect. • Strong customer service skills. • Exceptional presentation skills • Proficient in Autocad. • Strong organizational skills. • Confident leader. • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors. • Must be quality minded and self motivated.
