Requirements
In this position, you will be responsible for all of the construction and renovation planning for the entire Campus outside the new pavilion and renovation of the Tisch Hospital. This may include new dormitory, research space and institutes, and all other types of renovation. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and will be able to develop major proposals and conduct feasibility studies. The ability to run with projects at a high level and understand all of the intricacies involved in the impact of movements and renovations on various disciplines, along with the ability to collaborate and mediate with individuals at all levels is also required. Preferred candidates will have experience working for a major developer.
