Job Description
Project Architect /Project Manager Washington, DC We are looking for creative and passionate individuals to join our team in Washington, DC. Over 70 years of extraordinary design, projects and people make Perkins+Will the firm of choice. We are seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager to join our Healthcare team. Candidates will coordinate, organize and lead project teams for multiple, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases, and directing the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications. Ideal candidates will have a professional degree in architecture and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including interior renovations and experience with a range of healthcare projects. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of life safety codes, ADA compliance and the permitting process. AutoCAD required. Revit experience a plus. License required and LEED strongly preferred. Our office is discipline based, providing a variety of project types and opportunities to our employees.
