WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS DO:
Monitors and maintains project timelines, milestone dates and budget adherence
Negotiates change order pricing and provides workable design solutions as needed
Suggests cost savings or changes in project scope for the benefit of both the customer and Mission Bell
Applies and demonstrates leadership in safety for the duration of the project
Uses and follows Standard Work for Project Management

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:
3-4 years of hands-on field and/or shop experience in millwork or other construction trade -OR- equivalent education required
Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and technical specifications required
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; must demonstrate ability to manage several activities at once, organize/prioritize work to meet internal and external deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Microsoft Office required; MS Access or Bluebeam is a plus
