We are seeking a creative, talented and self-motivated licensed Senior Project Designer with a minimum 10 years of professional experience to be part of our team. We are looking for someone to join our team of talented, well-rounded architects who share our passion for design, collaboration, community engagement, and sustainability. We seek individuals driven by the desire to make better buildings and communities. Our ideal candidate is someone we can trust to weave into existing client relationships, who is confident taking the lead or working side-by-side on collaborative teams, can help us support and develop the Triple Bottom Line business model and enhance our B Corp status.
Desired Experience / Skills:
• A strong sense of design and experience facilitating design sessions and conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• A clear understanding of all parts of the architectural design and documentation process.
• Experience coordinating the design process within Revit
• Team collaboration
• Code compliance
• Research of construction materials and methods
• Facilitating design conversations with consultant team
• Clear, articulate communication is a must, as is a willingness to share a laugh with your coworkers.
