Hill Architects, an established Portland area Architecture and Planning firm is seeking an experienced Project Architect with commercial, mixed use, multifamily and/or hospitality projects. Successful candidates will be design oriented and creative, technically grounded, self-motivated and service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with entire A/E design team.

8 years’ experience in field of Architecture.
Professional Degree in Architecture
Proven high level of competency with advanced modeling software such as Revit, Autodesk and other BIM authoring software.
High level of understanding of general construction techniques and systems and understanding of documentation procedures in multiple building types, with emphasis in franchise hotels.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate planning and design concepts
Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Strong planning, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills in a multi-disciplined environment.
Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence
