We are looking for highly motivated individuals willing to take on responsibility, multi-task and grow with our integrative team while sharing a passion for quality design, environmental excellence, and smart community building. Applicants should have a professional degree from an accredited college with experience in the following fields: planning, architecture, interior design, grant-writing, public interest design, and/or project development involving some awareness of fund-sourcing and navigating procurement. We are looking for someone with solid 8+ years of work experience in the field of design and architecture with the ability to work across all phases of the design process, from project planning and concepts through working drawings and project administration.
Ideal candidates will be self-starters, take initiative, have a strong work ethic, and must possess a demonstrated ability to organize and deliver project results with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency with other 3D modeling programs, 3Ds rendering, Adobe Creative Suite programs and AutoCAD are a plus, but can be learned / strengthened as needed.
Additional aspects also include client interface requiring a personable presence, creation of graphically pleasing design options, and willingness to work in a fun, flexible work environment involving multiple office locations, and deep interactions with various cultures, communities, and lifeways.
