Gould Turner Group P.C. (GTG) is seeking a motivated Architect/Level II Project Manager with 6+ years of architectural design experience to join our office within Nashville, Tennessee. If selected to fill this important position, your primary responsibilities will be managing and assisting in the completion of project deliverables through all phases of work – planning, SD, DD, CD, Permitting, and CA. Additionally, you will join other project team members on planning and production support. You will be working directly with the account manager, who will provide oversight, guidance and training to develop your skills as a valued member of the Gould Turner Group team.
Strong communication and design abilities, attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent written skills are a must, as are the ability to problem-solve, work as a team, shift gears, balance priorities, and function in a vibrant open-studio office.
The candidate must have related professional experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. LEED or other related certifications is a bonus. Experience in healthcare or education practice areas is recommended, but not a requirement.
As a member of the Gould Turner Group team, you will contribute your own skills and knowledge to a variety of projects, including:
- Comprehensive Architectural Process;
- Codes and Agency Reviews;
- Graphic design and document production;
- Marketing and outreach;
- Administrative support; and
- Planning Development.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to develop Gould Turner Group’s capacity to undertake projects and offer services. Principals and Project Architects are responsible for the delivery of professional services and are actively involved with the delivery approach.
