BOULDER ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS is seeking talented, motivated architecture students entering their FINAL YEAR or GRADUATING from a professional degree program (MArch or BArch) for a challenging three-month summer internship in BOULDER, CO or SAN FRANCISCO, CA.
The Fellowship provides students with an immersive program in professional practice and sustainable design. The selected students will participate in current project production, advanced education sessions, and develop a 12 week independent study project.
This immersive program in professional practice includes three components:
*Hands-on project work: Fellows will gain real world experience—developing Revit skills, interacting with clients, and working on a design oriented project—to add to their resumes.
*Mentorship and Training: Fellows will receive training on a range of innovative design topics—sustainability, project management, and patient-centered design—through firmwide workshops and one-on-one educational sessions with our firm’s leaders.
*Independent study: Fellows will develop their own comprehensive project to add to their personal portfolios. Under the guidance of staff, Fellows will participate in a series of charrettes throughout the summer to refine their design. At the end of the summer, they will present their completed project to our staff.
Students must either be a recent graduate or be in their final year of a professional architecture degree program (MArch or BArch).
12 weeks between May and August (exact dates will be determined by the student’s school schedule).
