We are currently seeking a Software Integration Analyst for our Architectural Operations Team.
Review established standards and processes, evaluate possible improvements, participate in staff “brainstorming” sessions and develop customization tools, routines/subroutines to increase productivity and decrease E/O through automation
Plan, execute and manage the integration of new applications into existing network infrastructure, systems and software throughout the enterprise.
Collaborate with technology team members and end users in the testing of new software programs and applications.
Ensure that any new software integration into the organization system meets functional requirements, system compliance, and other specifications.
Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop testing strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
Field incoming help desk calls from end users to resolve application and software issues.
Work to enhance or improve business process via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on these processes.
Compile and maintain inventory or organizational software and system assets.
Associates Degree, Technical Degree or higher in computer science or related field is required.
3 to 5 years of CAD and Revit operations experience.
Knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft-based systems and software.
Hands-on software troubleshooting
Good technical knowledge of current network software standards.
Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user friendly language.
Keen attention to detail.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or training in these applications
Knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building code and CAD/Revit concepts
Strong interpersonal, design and organization skills as well as high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
