Real Estate project management across all project phases of a real estate project (basic design, budgeting and scheduling, project supervision, inspections and acceptance of construction works).
Coordination and management and supervision of project teams and (sub)contractors and external investors.
Responsibility for real estate budget estimation.
Scheduling of designing, procurement, decisions, construction phases.
Responsibility for controlling of budget, qualities, schedules across all project phases.
Review of blue prints/lay-outs in consideration of life-cycle-costs and space efficiency.
Risks analysis during the whole process.
Compiling bidder lists, coordinate RFP in collaboration with purchasing department, and contract negotiations.
Overseeing of quality checks an final inspection.
Inspection and acceptance of contracted works.
Make sure that project documentation is compiled with facilities management needs.
Ensure compliance to ZF guidelines, Health and Safety policies and any other regulation.
Willingness to travel 50-75% of time.
Experience Skills and Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate in general. 2. Knowledge of US and Mexican land and property statutory and local authority disciplines. 3. Knowledge of US and Mexican construction and planning statutory 4. Sound site construction project budgeting, technical qualifications, time control expertise and on-site experiences. 5. Good knowledge in tendering and contracting processes. 6. Advanced knowledge in contract management. 7. Eight plus years of experience in construction and planning of new buildings and renovation projects, esp. office buildings, tech centers, plants, factories and warehouses.
Additional Salary Information: 10% target bonus as well
