Corgan seeks a registered Interior Designer to join the Dallas Aviation studio to manage a team of 3-5 designers working on a variety of projects including small to large interior renovation projects and small to large building additions for airline corporate office buildings training facilities, flight simulator buildings, and central utility plants. Over the past 25 years, Corgan has been providing Space Planning services for a major airline client headquartered in Dallas/Fort Worth. Corgan assists their Real Estate department in maintaining, tracking and managing over 2,000,000 square feet of office space. This individual will participate in all aspects of the space planning process under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
Key areas of responsibility include:
· Attending Client Meetings
· Space Planning
· Cost Analysis
· Creating Schedules
· Project Documentation
· Consultant Coordination
· Construction Administration

Ideal candidates will be well rounded with a flexible attitude and an ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as generate creative solutions for design tasks while respecting the functional parameters of each project. Candidate will interact regularly and successfully with a variety of clients and consultants. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational, conceptual design, and communication skills. A degree from CIDA accredited Interior Design Program is required, along with 6+ years of professional, commercial design experience. Systems furniture experience is desired. Autocad and Revit proficiency preferred and an interest in sustainable design.
