Hello! We are adding a position to our Colorado group! Please share this information as we search for our new Lead Architect in the Denver, Colorado office of Gorman & Company.
The ideal candidate will supervise Gorman staff (dedicated and temporary) and subcontractors to assist in schematic and design documents and lead/complete construction documents, including drawings and specifications on our projects. Our ideal Lead Architect will also be a force during Construction Administration to ensure delivery of our high quality vision. The position will include coordination within the company development and construction departments and with outside partners including stakeholders, jurisdictions, development partners, funders and others. The Lead Architect will manage and coordinate processes including municipal approvals, entitlements, community engagement, financial submittals and reviews and other tasks.
