Thomas Architecture Studios (TAS) is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated applicant for immediate placement as Project Manager working on senior housing, assisted living and memory care facilities. This position can grow into increasing levels of responsibility for the right individual. This Project Manager position will be focused on the continued growth of the senior housing, assisted living and memory care portfolio within our housing design studio.

We are seeking new staff with the following skills:
10+ years of project management experience (registered architect desirable, but not required)
Specialization or experience in senior housing, assisted living and memory care facilities
LEED accreditation preferred, but not required
Experience in all phases of design and proven self-motivation
Proven ability to produce high quality construction documents
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods as well as building codes
Superior written, verbal, graphic and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small studio environment
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD (v 2017), SketchUp, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam
Additional Salary Information: Compensation is negotiable based on level of experience. TAS offers competitive salaries and bonuses. The TAS benefits program includes PTO, health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) (including office match), profit sharing and annual bonuses.
