Our Project Managers are the hub of internal project organization to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. They work directly with our Directors to create project plans and manage those plans so they are always be the most informed person in the office about schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables. As the owner of this knowledge it is the PM’s responsibility to proactively inform teams if projects begin to stray from the plan.
We are a creative agency working in the real estate and architectural world so you’ll need to speak all these languages fluently.
Part of the role will include communication with architects and designers to track down initial project assets. The ability to read architectural drawings and determine the completeness of design information is a plus.
Experience in production environments that deal with rendering, photography, filmmaking and interactive development is a huge plus.

You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy holding court with teams, steering conversations and decision-making when necessary.
Most importantly you must be able to demonstrate critical thinking in all that you do and be flexible to adapt to changing project tides.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, design, architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience small to mid-sized creative agency.
