Credo, LLC is currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to be located in its Wisconsin or North Carolina office. This person will be responsible for managing architectural projects through the integration of the firm’s mission to help independent higher education institutions thrive. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact service to our clients and profitability. This position shall be responsible for coordinating with the Senior Project Manager and architectural staff in developing proposals, AIA contracts and managing project teams from conceptual design through construction, coordinating with outside consultants, and providing research for both technical design and higher education best practices. The Project Manager must have excellent organizational skills. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
This role requires superior social skills, communication, and process organization skills in working collaboratively with the office leaders and staff, clients, field personnel, and external consultants.
Required qualifications of the position are as follows:
Baccalaureate or Master of Architecture NAAB accredited degree
NCARB certification would be desired or can be attained and must be a registered US Architect; LEED® AP desired
Minimum 10 years’ experience working on commercial projects within the USA, demonstrated experience in higher education preferred
Excellent graphic presentation skills, communication and public speaking skills
Strong technical skills, understanding of building codes, ability to understand and carryout intended design direction from clients and design team
Proficient in Microsoft® Office required; experienced with AutoCAD®; Revit and Adobe Suite desired, but not a requirement
Working in our Wisconsin or North Carolina office is required
Travel within the USA will be required approximately 30 – 50%, must possess a valid USA driver’s license
