Prestigious Architectural Firm seeks a Studio Assistant to be part of the Administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to multi-task. Team player is a must, and proficiency in Excel required. Candidate must have at least 2 years office experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
General Administration: coordinate travel arrangements, messenger service, prepare FedEx shipments.
Share reception coverage with assistants as needed.
Provide general administrative support to Associate Principals including but not limited to meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, video/conference calling arrangements, calendar maintenance.
Coordinate interviews and Career fairs as needed.
Miscellaneous Project Management: log submittals and RFI’s, process change orders, update excel spreadsheets for specific projects.
Assist Associate Principals with research as requested.
Coordinate travel as needed, including registration for events, visas, etc.
Prepare project correspondence.
Cover for Administrative Assistants as needed.
