Dahlin Group Architecture Planning is an international architecture and planning firm with offices in California and Washington. We have 40 years of experience building communities where we live and work, whether it’s through our residential communities, mixed-use developments, urban infill projects, commercial buildings, recreation facilities, or community centers. Please visit our website (www.dahlingroup.com) for more information.
We are currently seeking a friendly, skilled ARCHITECT to lead client relationships, design and production of low density residential projects in the San Diego area. 5-10 years of experience working directly with homebuilders and developers is required. CA license to practice architecture is preferred, though on-track to licensure may be acceptable for the right candidate. The San Diego market offers a wide variety of opportunities in this market sector – from public and private homebuilder clients to infill townhome developers and land owners. The ability to attend and become an active participant in the BIA is essential, including after hours and weekend events and councils. This opportunity has potential for the right candidate to grow their career, alongside our residential clients, into a key role for the company and our industry.
We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.
Non-local candidates will be considered. However, DAHLIN may or may not offer relocation benefits depending on business needs.
