Building One Consulting is growing! We’re looking for a Project Manager Associate in Denver
This is an immediate opportunity to join building ONE consulting, a small privately owned and casual company in Lakewood, CO. (20 minutes from downtown Denver)
This position will require that you are either a licensed architect or a licensed engineer (preferably a mechanical engineer).

*Please note that this is not a design position. There will be no design involved.
Preferred qualifications: Strong background in project budgets, pre-construction peer reviews, construction quality and draw monitoring, practical experience in owner representation in new, redevelopment and capital improvement projects and 10-15 years of experience.
This position requires travel between 40-50% of the time. All expenses paid by company.
