The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Director of Business Development and with the Houston Studio Director to:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for growth in the Houston market
Expand existing client relationships both locally and nationally
Coordinate with marketing to create necessary collateral to win new business
Drive revenue by building a project pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential clients in the Houston area
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry and key competitors
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university
3 to 5 years business development experience within the AEC industry
Strong connections to Houston and surrounding communities
Self-motivated, proactive, resilient
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Outstanding negotiation skills
