RAW is seeking an astute, forward-thinking architectural professional to serve as its new Operations Director. The Director will initially have oversight management responsibility for the work product of an 8-member staff, as well as, client service activities. Of primary importance, the successful candidate must possess a proven track record of serving as an organizational change agent with extensive experience in implementing process improvement initiatives focused on customer service, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness. Success in this vital role could lead to future leadership/ownership opportunities within the firm.
The Director position requires a minimum of 10 years of architectural design and construction experience, of which, at least 3 years of experience must be in a leadership project management capacity. A bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a current California Architect license are also required. Proficient with AutoCAD and CADD standards is required, with a working knowledge of REVIT a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000- $150,000. Filing Deadline: Open until filled.
