Hadley Properties seeks an experienced Architect to work closely with our property and construction management teams. Project experience with cost-effective, contemporary office tenant improvements in Type I construction and with residential is strongly preferred.
We are specifically looking for someone who has experience working in multi-disciplinary offices of 10-20 persons, a comprehensive understanding of space planning, commercial materials/finishes, and a willingness to collaborate on design projects.
The ideal candidate must be able to listen to tenant and owner needs, then design with those users in mind while furthering the company’s business strategies.

To be considered for this position the candidate must possess the following: A degree in Architecture, a license to practice architecture in some combination of Washington, Colorado or Hawaii (NCARB certification is a significant advantage), and an ability/willingness to get licensed in additional states.
Other professional skills required for this position include:
Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office programs
Experience with construction documentation and contract administration
Clear understanding of various construction types and processes
Knowledge of current building codes, building materials and costs
