TreanorHL, a nationally recognized full-service planning and design firm, is actively seeking a Project Administrator to lead and coordinate the administrative aspects of projects and to take ownership of project communication and record keeping.
Primary responsibilities of this position will include:
Work to create positive client, project and team experiences and become integral to the success of the project teams.
Support project teams and project management efforts
Back Up administrative aspects of office management functions as needed including finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, project delivery and general office administration
Sequence, prioritize and communicate work efforts
Seeks to understand, improve and mentor others regarding software, procedures and protocols for project efficiency and quality
Contributes to business development and marketing efforts as needed
Organized and able to prioritize & multi-task
Collaborative & team-oriented work style
Innovate for new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Friendly, positive attitude
Self-motivated towards achievement
Good sense of humor
Anticipates client and team needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Newforma and Bluebeam Revu
Proficiency in Deltek preferred but not required

Additional Salary Information: The Firm may, at their discretion award a bonus to their employees. The amount of bonus paid will be based on evaluation of employee’s contribution to the financial performance of the firm.
