International design firm Olson Kundig seeks a Senior Architect / Project Manager to help develop our expanding hospitality portfolio. To date, these projects have brought us to Costa Rica, China, Austria, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, and across North America. In all of our work, but especially with high-end hospitality design, we believe that architecture should frame its environment, helping people to focus on nature and the unique context and cultures that surround them.
We are seeking a pro-active and dedicated architect with a minimum of ten years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in high-end hospitality. You will have the opportunity to learn from and, in turn, shape large-scale, world-class hospitality projects in diverse urban and rural contexts around the globe.
In return, Olson Kundig provides a dynamic, challenging, creative and collaborative workplace environment. For us, design is at the forefront of each conversation. We seek colleagues who possess a strong design sensibility alongside enthusiasm for creating meaningful places. Candidates should have excellent collaboration and communication skills, outstanding graphic ability, project management experience, and interest in working on all phases of design. Strong technical skills and willingness and ability to travel internationally are also desired. Mandarin language skills are a plus. This full-time position offers a generous benefits package including healthcare coverage, a retirement plan, and profit sharing.
