We are seeking a fully licensed Architect in Lacey, WA. You are experienced and efficient, with knowledge and experience in working with design and architectural teams to create construction documents for Casino, Hospitality, and F&B projects.
Here's the variety of responsibilities you will encounter in the Architect position:
Work with in-house Design and Architectural teams to carry out conceptual design intent in the best way for high impact casino-related projects, while also making sure work is planned and detailed to be feasible and efficient, as well as compliant with applicable code requirements.
Modeling in Revit based on conceptual model, and coordination of means and methods with the team.
Coordinating with in-house Construction and Manufacturing teams to maximize construction and installation efficiency for each project.
Provide Construction Administration and support for construction field teams. Our remodel projects are highly expedited to minimize downtime for Owners which requires high levels of efficient communication between architectural staff and construction teams.
Our ideal Architect will have these skills and qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture.
NCARB registration preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience as licensed architect performing casino, hospitality, and/or Food & Beverage related projects.
Strong knowledge of construction documents process.
Software Requirements: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience/working knowledge of Sketchup are preferred.
High levels of communication with in-house design, architecture, and construction teams as well as outside sub-consultants to ensure success on fast-tracked projects.
Team player with positive interpersonal and communication skills.
Portfolio of previous work.
