About Spiezle Architectural Group
Spiezle is a 100% employee-owned firm specializing in architecture, planning, design, interior design, and landscape architecture. The office footprint is New Jersey and Pennsylvania; however Spiezle clients and projects stretch beyond its regional presence. Employee ownership has created an opportunity for an evolving culture that promotes Management Transparency, Collaboration, Work Hard/Play Hard, Career Development and Succession Planning, Team Member Engagement, Work/Life Balance (and Half Day Friday’s - Yaaaassss!), and so much more. Generally, Spiezle team members become employee-owners through stock allocation (not stock purchase) once they have been on board for one-year and 1,000 hours of service. This broad-based employee ownership approach cultivates a culture that is not commonly found in partner-based ownership structures. The Firm takes great pride in its team-based approach to decision making and its collaborative approach to design. Every team member is challenged daily to think like business owners, act like business owners, because all team members are business owners!
