Our growing design team is seeking a Project Manager to manage and document Residential and Commercial projects. CWB Architecture, named AIA Jersey Shore Firm of the Year 2016, is a firm with comprehensive experience in various project types, and expanding rapidly. A successful candidate will coordinate and manage projects from inception, site measures, through design and production of Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Applicants should have 2-4 years minimum architectural experience with architectural design, Construction Documentation, and presentation. About CWB Architecture
CWB Architecture was founded by Craig W. Brearley, AIA in 1990, and is headquartered in Manahawkin, New Jersey. CWB Architecture was formed to provide Architectural services to clientele in the residential and commercial markets initially along the Jersey Shore. Since then, the firm has completed projects in Cape May, Atlantic, Burlington, Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Bergen Counties. We have completed a diverse set of project types including custom residential, developer housing, multi-family housing, mixed use projects, auto dealerships, banks, retails centers, office buildings, and municipal work. The office currently has a staff of eight. Two of our employees have held positions on the Jersey Shore AIA Executive Committee.
