Roger Ferris + Partners is seeking high-performing, self-motivated registered architects for fulltime project manager positions within our main office in Westport, CT. Candidates must have an accredited degree in architecture or another related field of study and not less than ten (10) years of experience working with high-end commercial and / or residential project types. Candidates will be immersed in a collaborative and supportive studio culture with high expectations for design and creative excellence. Candidates must possess thoughtful leadership skills and exhibit a detailed understanding of the design and management process through all phases of design and documentation. In particular, candidates must demonstrate a depth of experience in and knowledge of zoning and bulk regulations, the entitlement process, construction documentation, including specifications, and construction administration phases. Candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day project management, working alongside the project architect, managing and mentoring a diverse team and keeping project leadership informed. Candidates will manage the broader A/E team of consultants, maintain task tracker lists, schedules, budgets and shape the documentation set. Candidates are expected to excel in problem-solving and have significant experience with built projects and contractors. Candidates will be expected to balance multiple assignments while adhering to established deadlines. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
