We are seeking an Art Major Student Help to:
Provide administrative support to our Planning Design Construction department
Assist with a variety of department specific projects
Perform research as direct by department management, and perform general customer service responsibilities.
Minimum – Current student in a post-secondary college or university
Preferred – Field of study related to department
Minimum – General customer service/administrative experience or experience in field of study
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Employee must be able to problem-solve, make decisions, and work independently.
Employee is expected to offer excellent customer service by being courteous, positive, and sensitive to customer and patient needs.
Employee is expected to communicate effectively by sending, receiving and responding to information ensuring high level of patient satisfaction.
Employee is expected to follow UW Health Employee Work Rules and department dress code, sanitation, and safety work standards.
Excellent verbal and written communications including understanding of English language.
Ability to work in a team environment, work scheduled shifts and perform simple math calculations.

Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Shifts will be Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This temporary, part time position will include 10-15 hours per week during the school year with the opportunity to work up to full-time in the summer. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
