Roger Ferris + Partners is seeking high-performing, motivated students and recent graduates for entry level internships and fulltime positions within our main Studio in Westport, CT. Candidates should be enrolled in or have completed an accredited program in architecture and/or interior design. Candidates will be immersed in a collaborative studio culture with an opportunity to develop and refine core skillsets in communication, design and project management while working on a variety of project types. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Enrollment in or completion of an accredited architecture or interior design program.
Legal status to work in the US, including a valid working permit and/or visa
Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills (fluency in English, spoken and written, is a necessity)
Strong conceptual and design skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a team structure, taking direction from project leadership
A flexible and open attitude towards different working methods
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch-Up, the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with various rendering programs and plugs, such as Lumion, V-Ray and Maxwell, is appreciated.
Licensure, LEED certification and other professional credentials are assets.
