Page has an immediate opening for a talented Architect to join our DC office!
Manage one or more small to medium-sized projects and/or portions of large sized projects
Produce and coordinate a complete set of project construction documents for permitting and bidding
Coordinate consultants across all disciplines
Lead day-to-day construction administration activities
Provides oversight and monitoring of work performed by support staff
Develops trusted relationships with client and partners
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience
Proficient in REVIT skills
Strong architecture and detailing skills
Proficient in the construction administration process
Strong understanding of the construction processes and methods
Ability to forecast and organize project design development delivery
Ability to identify and address issues in order to reach the best resolution
Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of cross-discipline colleagues and consultants
