This is an entry-level professional position, reporting to the Director, Global Innovation Education, responsible for providing support and assist with developing, managing, and delivering live webinars and in-person seminars to assist existing and prospective customers to better understand and utilize the Contract Documents technology platform.
Training on AIA Contract Documents Online Service 90%:
Conduct specialized, in-person, onsite, product training to clients of AIA Contract Documents online service throughout the United States.
With the guidance of the Director, AIA Contract Documents Education identify, coordinate, and present in-person AIA Contract Documents training at National, regional conferences, professional allied workshops, AEC tradeshows, and state and local AIA chapters.
Create effective PPT presentations, training packages, and follow-up materials as needed.
Collect and analyze program evaluations, customer feedback, and surveys and work with Director, AIA Contract Documents Education, to identify new educational content needs or necessary revisions.
Work with Director, AIA Contract Documents Education and use customer feedback to customer and document support teams to continuously improve training materials and presentation methods.
Promptly responds to questions, requests, and suggestions from customers, AIA chapters, and industry contacts regarding training.
Schedule travel, meeting and planning logistics.
Work with AIA meetings group to reserve meeting venues.
Submit and report continuing education credit of attendees.
General knowledge of education, training and development, or business administration. Excellent presentation skills are essential.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to work successfully and proactively in a team environment.

Considerable discretion regarding sensitive information and handling of confidential matters. Ability to interact with individuals with a diverse background at all levels with a customer service demeanor.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Â Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's Degree in Education with concentration in Adult Education or Instructional Systems Design or related field preferred, with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. Experience in the design and construction industry helpful. Travel up to 50%.
