Summary of Responsibilities
Works from the design of others and performs routine architecture assignments
Construction administration including answering contractor questions & reviewing submittals for approval
Handle all phases of projects at the leadership of Project Manger from beginning to end
Utilizes Revit to do drawings, modeling and design of projects
Attend client meetings during the course of construction as needed
Required Skills & Experience
0-3 years of of experience for Project Coordinator, level I
3-5 years of experience for Project Coordinator, level II
Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program
Proficient in Revit
