The individual selected for this opportunity will be working with regional and national healthcare clients on projects of varying size and scope, with the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to advancing breakthrough ideas through design. The types of projects cover the full spectrum of healthcare related facilities – acute care, specialty centers, and clinics. This position will require a team member that leads with a positive attitude and has the capacity to thrive in a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial environment.

A position you’ll love:
You’ll be working in our dedicated Healthcare studio with other professionals dedicated to Healthcare practice projects.
You can ascertain the clients and various stakeholders’ visions and key factors for project success and develop a project plan to deliver results beyond architecture.
You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Your work will include a variety of tasks and design projects.
You’ll lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project requirements, budgets and schedules.
You’ll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration.
You’ll be accountable for project success.
You’ll have growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
Six to Ten years of experience in healthcare design and documentation;
Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy;
Strong technical expertise, including knowledge of building codes;
Strong design and Revit Skills
