The award-winning team at GGLO, a collaborative design firm in Seattle and Los Angeles, seeks a BIMModel Manager, who specializes in Tall Buildings.
Model Managers are the key to keeping the team coordinated and moving toward consistent and clear deliverables at all milestones. The role is more than checking the Revit file once in a while. This person needs to be an expert at Revit/BIM and ideally, have training or experience in Architecture.
Highly proficient with Revit
Familiarity with other applications associated with BIM workflows (e.g. Dynamo, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Rhino)
Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with Deltek Vision a plus
What You Have (Requirements):
6 years of professional/production experience using Revit
Model management for tall buildings (250”+)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline
Design the Revit model(s) and associated data to inform the design process throughout the life of the project
Coach, mentor and supervise the team through the process of virtually constructing the project
Manage production of design documents for all project design phases
Manage and maintain the model in accordance with established company standards
Authorization to work in the United States
