We offer emerging professionals a comprehensive path to registration by promoting involvement in all aspects of architectural practice. Recent graduates will gain immediate experience with field-measurement and documentation, 3D modeling, and preparation of construction documents, progressing toward opportunities to engage with clients and consultants, develop designs, investigate codes, generate construction documents, and perform construction administration duties, further progressing toward independent problem-solving and design. Those with more applicable experience will be assigned small projects to manage independently with necessary supervision.
Qualified to establish an NCARB record
Bachelor’s degree in an architecture-related program from an institution with U.S. regional accreditation
Solid design skills
Some experience with Revit/AutoCAD
Strong communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Legally authorized to work in the USA
Professional 5-year or master’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited program
Prior architectural office experience such as summer, co-op, or internship
Desire to learn about all aspects of running a small professional practice
