Simons Young + associates is seeking a qualified person to work on interesting and rewarding projects in a competitively compensated position in a professional and flexible atmosphere.
Established in 2009, SY+a works on additions and rehabilitations to existing and historic buildings, new residences, office upfits, and urban infill projects. We offer rewarding work in the challenging and interesting downtown environment. The firm uses REVIT software and the Adobe Suite.
The right candidate will be personable with good communication skills, well versed in Revit, and able to manage multiple ongoing projects. The firm hours are weekdays from nine to six, with the ability to establish flex hours after an initial orientation period of four to six months. Pay is commensurate with experience and competitive with salaries for the area. Co-workers include senior technical architect with thirty years of experience, a five-year architectural designer and LEED accredited professional, and the firm founder and principal in charge.
