Hogsalt is seeking an Architectural and Construction Project Manager to join the team. Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay range for this position is $60k-$80k based on experience.

This role is responsible for managing projects from conception to completion. Will apply experience in commercial architectural along with construction documents, field observation, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques, with building codes and zoning. As part of a broad charter, will coordinate with MEP and Structural Engineers. Also responsible for communication and coordination for assigned projects, and participate in all phases of project development.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects at various construction stages and assist with multiple assignments.
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
Monitor and track project progress, invoicing, and budget.
Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team and consultants.
Review space plans, site plans, details, and permit drawings for accuracy across all consultants, and ensure plans and specifications are properly distributed.
Ensure all permits and licensing related to the project (except liquor license) are procured and maintained.
Procurement and analysis of multiple competitive bids for projects.
Lead negotiations with the GC and consultants.
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors when applicable.
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders, invoices, and pay applications.
Manage incoming and outgoing RFIs.
Coordinate with utilities to ensure service is turned on in time to prevent project delays.
Create meeting agendas and keep meeting minutes. Responsible for following up on items discussed in the meeting to make sure responsible parties complete needed tasks.
Provide weekly project progress updates to senior levels.
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction and project management with knowledge of construction disciplines (civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical)
Strong analytical skills
Good understanding of quality management principals, general design, engineering principals, and construction techniques
Efficient multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving capability
Possess advanced CAD drafting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software preferred
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated individual with prioritization and time management skills
Positive, cooperative, and professional attitude
