Womack + Hampton Architects has a position available for an experienced architectural Project Manager interested in providing architectural design and construction document services for various types of multi-family projects being constructed in various construction types in low, medium and high-density style projects across the country. We are looking for self-motivated individuals capable of working in a "Team" environment. Position responsibilities include the following:
Close coordination with Principals and Owners in the execution of all aspects of the architectural design services.
Working with and coordinating team members and outside consultants in the execution of the architectural services, including design, code research, scheduling, construction documents, and quality control.
Assisting in the Construction Administration Services.
Applicants must be legally qualified to work in the U.S.A and have an interest in the design and construction of multifamily/ mixed-use developments in various densities and construction types. Applicant should either be a licensed architect or have a strong experience background in the preparation of architectural design and construction documents. An accredited professional architectural degree(s) is required along with a strong background in CADD, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office are required.
