Our leadership is active, involved, and approachable.Sustainability is one of our firm’s core values, and we have established an in-house Sustainable Design Group to help focus our knowledge and skills on sustainable approaches to our operations, as well as our projects. Our downtown Seattle office provides a healthy, comfortable working environment that is close to public transportation, community services, and entertainment. We value community involvement. Our principals and staff serve on boards for housing providers, community service organizations, and cultural groups. We encourage participation in neighborhood groups, volunteer organizations, and charitable events. We contribute to civic life in many diverse ways.
