Manager, Construction Projects I (Small Projects) (2 Positions)
Position is full-time, calendar year, permanent.
The Office of Small Projects at the University of Rhode Island is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This office oversees a wide range of small-scale renovation and construction projects across all URI campuses with a goal of efficiently organizing and delivering these projects to university stakeholders, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
We are seeking individuals who can convert client requests and visions into actionable projects with thoughtful design and efficient implementation strategies. Our Project Managers work closely with a diverse range of University clients in research, student housing, athletics, administration, and operations and are adept at seeing solutions, explaining the delivery process, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely project delivery.
