The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious Project Manager who has experience working on Higher Education projects and is looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.

You have extensive Community project experience – including a variety of College, University, and Civic renovation and new construction project types.

You have a strong understanding of project management – including scheduling, staffing, and finances.

A position you’ll love:
You’ll be working in our dedicated Community Studio with other professionals dedicated to the Higher Education, Civic, and Schools projects.
You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Your work will include a variety of tasks and projects.
You’ll be a trusted client contact successfully managing their projects.
You’ll lead teams of designers, architects, and engineers to meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules from initial kick-off through construction completion.
You’ll be accountable for project success.
You’ll have growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
10+ years of professional architectural experience with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager;
Ability to generate project schedules, determine staffing needs, and manage project finances;
Ability to manage projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy;
Ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Architectural registration preferred;
Division of the State Architect (DSA) experience preferred;
Working knowledge of Revit preferred.
A superstar candidate may have (not required):
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
CSU and UC project experience
