As Project Manager, you’ll provide leadership for a key commercial client with projects across multiple cities and states. We are seeking a thorough and dedicated Project Manager who can manage multiple project timelines and work directly with the client to ensure deliverables fall within project scope, budget, and deadlines. You will coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and collaborate with other architects in the office to ensure our client’s needs are consistently fulfilled in a professional, competent, and friendly manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Architectural registration is preferred but not required. Candidates with at least 7 years of comparable previous architectural experience will be considered. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills: the ability to foster rewarding client relationships and address varied client requests in a timely and respectful manner is critical to your success as Project Manager. You will be expected to exercise superior organizational and time-management skills and be able to self-direct goals on multiple concurrent projects at various stages of development. Proficiency in standard design software, digital collaboration, and remote conferencing is expected. Experience with Revit is preferred but not required.
