In response to the unprecedented crisis of COVID-19, AIA is creating a “Staff Sharing” job type that allows firms short of staff and not able to hire to connect with firms that may be short of work but wanting to retain staff.
Projects in Santa Barbara and Ventura area. Looking for individual with experience with transit oriented project experience. Duties to include project coordination with engineering consultants, project administration, drawings development/drafting and design. Code compliance familiarity important. Local candidates are preferred as site visits will are necessary. Some work may be performed remotely but site visits will be necessary on occasion.
Highly organised. Good communication skills. Familiarity with contracts and scheduling for municipal work.
Telecommuting is allowed.
