E4H Architecture is an architectural firm 100% dedicated to healthcare and life sciences. E4H has initiated a search for a Senior Leader/Partner with expertise in the healthcare space. We are looking for an accomplished leader who can motivate others while delivering client engagement. Responsible for developing new clients and growing the financial success of the office.
Responsible for bringing in revenue in order to meet (or exceed) local and firm-wide revenue and profit goals.
15-20 years of experience with 10 years of that experience in healthcare. Licensure preferred.
Accountable to Regional Lead and Managing Partner.
Responsible for negotiating project contracts and ensuring that project management data is accurately portrayed in the firm’s accounting system. In charge of the financial and operational state of local office including key performance metrics.
Promote and enhance the firm’s vision, mission, core values, culture and long-range plans.
Develop and participate in succession planning including evaluation of staff skillsets, implementation of mentoring programs, performance reviews and professional development of direct reports.
Manage technical staff.

Ability to share information with network about what we do and why we do what we do. Research and continually educates oneself on current and future trends in the industry.
