Manage, design, develop, and ACAD draw Architectural plans/projects in a professional, creative, efficient, accurate, and timely manner meeting local, state and national codes for Hospital, Business, and other building types. Works at the direction of the Director and with internal staff, Facility Management, architects, engineers, contractors, state reviewers, and vendors in development, construction, modification, and furnishings for construction projects, managing space allocation, and normal facility related issues. Potential opportunity to become the Director of the Architectural/Engineering Department in the upcoming years. Current staff includes Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Draftsman, and part time MPE Engineer.
Minimum Education – Bachelor’s degree in architecture
Minimum Work Experience - minimum of 6 years’ experience, Prefer 10 years of practice experience and multiple healthcare projects
Require Licenses / Certifications - Licensed Architect in the State of Texas.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
