Skills/Responsibilities:

Must demonstrate an interest in working in all aspects of a small architectural practice.

Must be good at problem solving and have the ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Strong design skills: Must be able to develop strong design solutions and details at all phases of a project. Must be skilled at preparing conceptual drawings, 3d cad models, and cad renderings.

Construction documents: Must have strong technical skills and visual communication/graphics skills.  Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their knowledge and level of experience preparing construction documents, and coordinating work with structural engineers and other consultants.

Must be able to work within time constraints.

Must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable meeting with clients, builders and consultants.
