Description

• Make routine construction site visits throughout Louisiana to observe, document, and evaluate progress, performance, schedules, budgets, and compliance of new construction and renovation projects with the design team.
• Prepare and record job site observations in a formatted reporting system
• Attend and/or facilitate in person and virtual project development and construction coordination meetings with the project team
• Review and verification of A/E and General Contractor pay applications  
• Participate in the review and approval of Final Inspections of completed work and manage the closeout process.
• Prepare and maintain electronic project files   
• Evaluate scope changes and cost proposals to provide recommendations to the client for acceptance or rejection
• Coordinate with code officials and stakeholders
